Caleb’s Coffee Achieves 5 Food Hygiene Rating

We’re delighted to congratulate Caleb’s Coffee on achieving a 5 Food Hygiene Rating, the highest possible standard. This fantastic result is a real testament to the care, professionalism and hard work that goes on behind the scenes at this popular local coffee spot.

Caleb’s Coffee was the idea of Matt, Caleb’s dad, who decided to take a break from the world of showbiz to create something special for Fleet and the surrounding area. Since opening, the business has built a strong local following by serving locally roasted artisan coffee alongside homemade cakes made using locally sourced ingredients.

The coffee itself is a carefully crafted espresso blend made from premium beans sourced from several different origins. Each element of the blend adds its own character, resulting in a beautifully balanced cup with lingering notes of dark chocolate, hazelnuts and vanilla. It’s a flavour profile that keeps customers coming back time and time again.

Founded in August 2020, shortly after the Covid-19 lockdown, Caleb’s Coffee is proudly an independently run local business. Every member of the team is barista trained, holds a food hygiene certificate, and is DBS checked, ensuring customers can enjoy great coffee in a safe and welcoming environment.
