Hi I’m Ed (the one in the pink hat!) and I have recently launched my business from within Anytime Fitness.

With nearly 30 years experience in the sports, health and fitness industry, I believe fitness and recovery should fit into real life. I specialise in helping busy professionals, working parents and beginners take charge of their health through a balanced mix of personal training and sports massage.
My training is designed to be simple, effective, and achievable, whether you’re just starting out or getting back on track. I focus on building strength, boosting energy, and improving confidence, all while working around your lifestyle and commitments.
To keep you moving well, I also offer sports massage treatments that reduce muscle tension, ease everyday aches, and speed up recovery. It’s the perfect complement to training, helping you feel stronger, move better, and stay injury-free.
