The Great Green Wardrobe Comes to Hart Shopping Centre

Fleet Shopping Centre will be hosting The Great Green Wardrobe, an interactive display designed to inspire simple and sustainable ways to enjoy fashion.
Did you know that 711,000 tonnes of used textiles are discarded in the UK each year — around 35 items per person? The display shares ideas for making the most of the clothes you already own, from restyling and repairing to swapping, upcycling and finding second-hand bargains.
Visit Fleet Shopping Centre from 22nd September to 6th October to explore the display and discover how you can stay stylish, save money and help the planet.
The Great Green Wardrobe has been created by Hampshire County Council as part of its Smart Living waste prevention initiative, with support from the charity Making Space.
