Parking
We offer free disabled parking and have 17 disabled spaces, situated on Levels One and Two. In order to receive free parking please bring your ticket to the Security Office, situated on Level Two, and a member of our Security Team can validate the ticket. If, however, you shop here on a regular basis we can supply you with a Disabled Car Park pass.
Toilets
The disabled toilet is on Level Once, opposite the Scenic Lifts. Access can be gained with use of a radar key which can be borrowed from the Security Office.
Wheelchairs
We have our own ‘fleet’ of wheelchairs, available for the use of our visitors. They are free to use and can be collected from the Security Office, situated on Level Two.
