We operate a smart vehicle recognition system for a faster and more convenient parking experience. There are no barriers or tickets – simply drive in, park, and pay before you leave.

Parkmark
The Safer Parking Scheme is a national standard for UK car parks that have low crime and measures in place to ensure the safety of people and vehicles. A Park Mark is awarded to each car park that achieves the challenging standards. The distinctive Park Mark signage helps drivers find car parks where they can confidently leave their vehicle, knowing the environment is safer.
Disabled Parking
We offer free disabled parking and have 17 disabled spaces, situated on Levels One and Two. In order to receive free parking please bring your ticket to the Security Office, situated on Level Two, and a member of our Security Team can validate the ticket. If, however, you shop here on a regular basis we can supply you with a Disabled Car Park pass.
